Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 31, 2026

MusiciansHelper works because working musicians, producers, engineers, and industry pros bring real experience to AI-generated answers. These guidelines keep that trust intact.

1. Core Principles

Be honest about your experience — only claim expertise you actually have. Correct, don't just criticize — add context instead of just downvoting. Be clear when something is personal preference versus industry standard. Cite your basis for factual claims where possible.

2. Verified Contributors

Verified contributor status is granted at MusiciansHelper's discretion based on demonstrated industry experience. Contributors are expected to answer within their actual expertise, disclose any commercial interest, and maintain professional conduct. Status can be revoked for inaccurate, self-promotional, or abusive contributions.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks; spam or unsolicited self-promotion; posting confidential third-party information; copyright infringement; attempting to manipulate AI answers through adversarial inputs; creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.

4. Moderation

Moderators may remove content, warn users, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Service. Moderators can approve or reject contributor applications and flagged content but cannot alter account permissions or platform-level settings.

5. Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, contact chris@stonecutterrecords.com.

6. Changes

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated guidelines.
